NDIS Liaison

NDIS and My Aged Care referrals, Australia wide

Tell us the support you need. We find the NDIS and MAC providers who can provide it.

NDIS Liaison connects participants with NDIS and My Aged Care providers across Australia. We help participants, families and carers find suitable providers based on their needs, location and timeframe.

One request reaches providers who match your service, suburb and funding. The liaison team checks every provider before they register, and the first three matched providers to respond receive your contact details.

  • Free for participants, families and carers
  • We match you with suitable, verified providers
  • Connect with providers qualified to meet your needs

Request support

It takes about 60 seconds. A person from the liaison team reads every request.

How it works

A person checks every request

The liaison team reviews each request, notifies the right providers, and shares your details with the first three matched providers who respond.

Start a request
  1. 1

    You send a request

Tell us the service, who it is for, your suburb, how the support is funded, when it should start and how to reach you. It takes about 60 seconds.

  2. 2

    The liaison team checks it

A person reads every request. If something is unclear, we may phone you before it goes any further.

  3. 3

    Matched providers register interest

Providers who service your suburb and offer that service see the request without your last name or contact details.

  4. 4

    Shortlisted providers contact you

Up to three matched providers contact you. The first three to respond receive your details and get in touch to plan the next step.

What providers see

The request, not the person

Providers see the service, the suburb, the funding type, the timeframe and your first name. Your last name, phone and email are shared only with the first three matched providers who respond.

Questions

Common questions

For anything else, contact the liaison team .

How does NDIS Liaison match participants with providers?

The liaison team reviews every request and notifies the providers that match the service, suburb, funding type and timeframe. Your personal details stay private while providers respond. The first three matched providers to respond can contact you to discuss your support and plan the next step.

Does it cost anything to send a request?

No. Participants, families, carers and support coordinators send requests free of charge.

Who sees my contact details?

Your privacy comes first. Your contact details stay private while providers respond, and go only to the first three matched providers who respond to your request. Every other provider sees the service, suburb, funding type, timeframe and your first name, and nothing else that identifies you.

What happens if no provider is suitable?

A request closes as soon as three providers have responded, or after seven days if fewer do. If nobody suitable responds, the liaison team contacts you to talk through other options.

Can I send a request for someone else?

Yes. Family members, carers, support coordinators and providers often send requests on a participant’s behalf. Tell us who the support is for and give the contact details of the person who should take the call.

Which areas do you cover?

Every state and territory. Matching is done by suburb, so providers only see requests in the areas they actually serve.

I am a provider. How do I register?

You create your own account in the provider app and add your business, services and the areas you cover. Registration is not open yet. Email info@ndisliaison.com.au and we will send you the link the day it opens.

What is the NDIS?

NDIS stands for the National Disability Insurance Scheme, the Australian Government scheme that provides funding and support to eligible people with permanent disability to help them pursue their goals, increase independence and participate in their community. NDIS Liaison can help you understand your NDIS options, assist with the application process and connect you with suitable NDIS providers across Australia.

What is MAC?

MAC stands for My Aged Care, the Australian Government system that helps older Australians access aged care services and support. NDIS Liaison can help you understand your MAC options, assist with the application process and connect you with suitable MAC providers across Australia.
