These terms are an agreement between you and Truescope Pty Ltd, ABN 49 690 552 553, which operates NDIS Liaison. They apply whenever you send a request, receive requests as a provider or otherwise use the service.
What NDIS Liaison does
NDIS Liaison is a referral service. We take a request for support and show it to providers who cover the suburb and offer the service. The first three of those providers to respond receive the contact details of the person who sent the request and get in touch with them. We do not provide care or support ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.
Sending a request
- Sending a request is free for participants, families, carers and support coordinators.
- Give accurate details, and only for a person who has agreed to be contacted.
- By sending a request you agree that the liaison team may share its details and your first name with matched providers, and your last name and contact details with the first three matched providers who respond.
- We cannot promise that a suitable provider will be found, or that a provider will have capacity, and we do not check a provider's services beyond the information they give us.
- You can withdraw a request at any time by emailing us.
Providers
- Providers create their own account in the provider app and receive participant requests through a monthly subscription.
- You must hold any registration, insurance and worker screening that applies to the services you offer, and keep your services and areas up to date.
- Contact details unlocked for a request may only be used to contact that person about that request. Do not share them, add them to marketing lists or keep them longer than needed.
- A request closes once three providers have responded, or after seven days if fewer do. Receiving someone's contact details is not a guarantee of work, and the person may decide not to proceed.
- A subscription can be cancelled at any time and ends at the close of the current billing month. We may close an account that breaches these terms.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms removes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those, and to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the conduct of providers or participants, for the services a provider delivers, or for a request that goes unfilled.
Your information
How we collect, use and share information is explained on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
